The essence of individuality is designed for the future There is always more and different in every human being than what he is and what he has realised so far. The author shows how this other can be recognised, how it can be called up and handled so that individuality finds its way to its wholeness. Every line is permeated by the reality of life. It is not concepts or theories that are spread out, not air-locks that are built, but the basis is what can be experienced and grasped by everyone . The author picks up on everyday life and shows how space for the new and different can be created through conversation and exercise, with peace and security. With the help of short case studies it will be made understand in an encouraging way, how even in the crises of separation, of growing up, of disappointment and of unachievement, a germ of the future is expressed and how it can be brought to prosperity. Without first having to complain about it theoretically, the author can prove directly from the practical examples the essential human relations of the individuality which is on its way to itself . Development does not happen to the isolated individual, but results only from the fact that the individual is interwoven with the life paths of other individualities and that he can let himself be touched by them. In doing so, an image of man becomes visible, as it was also designed by Martin Buber, Viktor Frankl or Rudolf Steiner. The essence of individuality is not based on causal psychological characteristics and certainties. Rather, it is designed for development and thus for the future. Concrete instructions for the reader's own work on his or her biography and for individual development round off this successful book.
