This new wiping technique creates delicate to intense colour surfaces that are smudge-proof, have a high-quality shine and do not require any fixation. The design of a wide variety of materials is just as possible as the combination with well-known painting techniques. The colour sticks are made of bound mineral pigment, can be easily removed from the hands with soap and water and are absolutely harmless to health.

The set contains 4 colouring sticks each, made in Germany.

Interesting facts and tips:

Rub - Brush - Wipe - Polish in.

In order to maintain the purity of the colours when rubbing, it is helpful to assign each side of the rubbing block to a specific colour and to mark it accordingly.

With the basic colours red, blue and yellow, all other colours can be mixed in the sense of Goethe's colour wheel. Not only paper in all thicknesses and qualities - with the exception of lacquer-like surfaces - but also stones, wood, plaster, canvas and shells are suitable as painting surfaces.

For special effects and contours, the colour sticks can be used like pencils. Lettering, ornaments and shading are worked out with an eraser.
