Cherry notch carving knife

Knife with round back and straight edge made of special carbon steel with hornbeam handle.

The carving knife is made from a special carbon steel with a hardness of 59 - 61 HRc and comes pre-sharpened. This carving knife is suitable for carving decorations or inlays.

Dimensions: 19 x 4,5 x 2 cm

Before first use, the carving knife should be sharpened with a whetstone to obtain the final sharpness.
