Kalimbas are sound reed instruments that originated in the south of Africa and can be found there in countless forms and designs.

This easy to play instrument is suitable for children and adults. A musical instrument that awakens the joy of music. Everyone can elicit wonderful tones from the Waldorf Kalimba that always sound harmonious together. The small instrument has an amazingly full and clear sound.

Our Waldorf Kalimba by Hokema is made of solid American cherry and carefully handcrafted in Germany. The surfaces are treated and polished with vegetable oils and waxes. The 7 sound reeds are precisely tuned in G pentaton 432 Hz.
