Our crispy traditional biscuits made from spelt and wholemeal spelt flour are allowed to ferment particularly slowly and gently before being baked. We do not use any salt on top and refine our spelt pretzels with just a hint of sea salt. The perfect choice for anyone who wants quality when snacking on the go.
