Recipe suggestion: Melon ice cream with mint

Makes approx. 8-10 ice creams

Ingredients: ½ small melon, 3-5 mint leaves, elderflower syrup, 2-3 tbsp lemon juice.

Recipe: Cut the melon into small pieces and blend finely with the mint leaves and elderflower syrup (amount according to taste). Pour the mixture into an ice mould. If no ice moulds are available, the ice mixture can also be filled into ice cube trays and added to a drink.
