Easter

As Easter approaches, the days become noticeably longer. Already in the morning, the long-lost light shines brightly and clearly through the window. The sun warms again, the first flowers blossom, the buds unfold on the branches. The animals are also more numerous and the first offspring are born. New life appears out of the old, the dead. Another annual cycle of the earth begins. Of course, the children look forward to the Easter bunny! The Easter calendar

This special calendar accompanies the children through Holy Week, comparable to an Advent calendar. On Palm Sunday the first door opens, on Easter Monday the great gate of heaven. This helps the children to get in the mood for the feast, awakens anticipation and creates an initial understanding of the background to Easter.
