Magic Wood wooden building blocks 22 ecoBlocks

The original idea for the wooden construction blocks came from a Waldorf teacher in the USA.

He noticed that children in the transition to the second seven years have a great desire to construct and build. Unfortunately, conventional wooden building blocks did not satisfy this urge, as their natural and uneven shape did not allow for the realisation of larger structures.

So he came up with the idea of usually leaving branches and tree slices on one side of their natural shape and bark, but standardising the spacing.

So the blocks are always 2,4,6,8 or 10cm high.

This allows you to create wonderful buildings with a natural feel.

The set contains 22 pieces and is especially suitable for institutions and kindergartens with children of pre-school age.

Made of FSC certified wood, the building blocks are heat treated, sanded and oiled.
