Hand grain mill for coarse grinding and fine grinding
Flour loses most of its vital substances within the first 24 hours, so you can grind your flour just before baking - without electricity.
This hand grain mill Molere from hawos is equipped with a stone grinder and smooth-running crank. It is made of solid beech wood in a minimalist, rustic design. Just right for quick use without electricity! The exposed, extra-large precision grinding stones made of high-grade corundum ceramic, Ø 7 cm, allow you to observe the grinding process. All dry grains can be ground to the desired fineness. As ideal for coarse grinding for fresh grain muesli as for grinding the finest flour. The grinding fineness of the hawos Molere is infinitely adjustable, from the finest flour to coarse meal. The degree of fineness is adjusted using two wing nuts. The removable funnel sits on a rectangular, sturdy wooden block. The large crank handle is child's play to operate - therefore also a good idea for equipment in nurseries and schools. The matching glass bowl for collecting the freshly ground grain is included in the scope of delivery.
Equally easy to use for right and left-handed users.
