7 tips for a wonderful Easter

  1. Go outside together and discover the first buds. Consciously experiencing nature connects children with the rhythm of the seasons.
  2. Create a space with soft-coloured cloths. A few pussy willow catkins or the first spring flowers create a focal point for the whole family.
  3. Use decoctions made from onion skins or turmeric. Experimenting with colours from nature is an experience for all the senses.
  4. Sow some grain or cress together in a shallow bowl. Watering and watching them grow every day teaches patience and mindfulness.
