In the many years that people have been working with children in Waldorf schools and kindergartens on the basis of anthroposophy and Waldorf education, many kinds of rituals and traditions have developed. These have been taken up and further shaped in the families.

Like everything else, the Waldorf scene is changing with the times. Rituals such as the oil drop are being forgotten. In addition, parents have less and less time and ability to still make the children's rolling cases, dolls, children's toys and eurythmy gowns themselves. This is where waldorfkind would like to be a preserver of old traditions and rituals.

In addition, we want to develop new, valuable, individual, timeless and yet contemporary products for children with our finger on the pulse of the times. In doing so, we are guided by the basic idea that our product range should be meaningful and, in accordance with Waldorf education, aesthetically pleasing and supportive of children's development. A further impulse from which our own brand arose is the desire to support small companies and artists who feel connected to the Waldorf idea and to live a new way of doing business with them.

Full of passion, ideas, joy and courage, we, the team of Waldorfshop, have brought our own brand into being. In doing so, we have created a place, a playground so to speak, where we can be active, creative and productive as well as develop ideas with each other. Out of our diversity, waldorfkind is born!

In a lively exchange, we create new products, such as toys for children, which support free play. When expanding our assortment, thoughts on material, colour, but also on price take a high priority.

Our assortment, but also waldorfkind as our own brand, is constantly developing. It is important for us that we keep up with the times and that our products are oriented towards the needs and life situations of our customers, but also that we create something lasting and meaningful, in accordance with the values of anthroposophy and Waldorf education, which we want to live.
